Jeep key fob won lock doors.

Get in your car and lock the door manually. We changed batteries in both fobs and disconnected the battery to reset. I replaced the battery but that don t fix the issue. Has anyone else had this problem or know of a setting i.

I never lock my doors with the key fob but always lock it with the door button. Drivers side door will not unlock with key fob. Insert your key into the ignition and turn it to the accessory position. The key that has been in the ignition will not lock doors or unlock.

They were fine checked on line forums and found that the wcm wireless control module controls both door locks the tire pressure reading. I would think that if the door button locks the doors then it is not the tipm but the remote key module which is separate. There should be a release button or catch in the remote pressing which will pop out the spare key. Then the tps tire pressure sensor warning light came on said both rear tire were flat.

I bought my 4 dr. You did not mention whether the door button to lock the doors worked or not. The wireless key fob stopped working. If your vehicle uses this method you will notice the exterior and interior lights flash.

In my case i would probably never know there was an issue.
